Dear customers,

To offer you the best prices and avoid stocks due to unsold items, some of the products presented on the site are created to order and shipped directly by our suppliers. You will find a mention about this on the page of the products concerned.

Being an independent company, this also allows us to limit the handling of orders to offer you, among other things, attractive prices and better customer service.

Delivery costs are free on all items in the store except for metal illuminated letters (the cost of shipping costs is indicated on the product page).

Delivery times include the time to verify your payment, process the order and transit the packages.

It may happen that your order is processed late, rest assured that we always do our utmost to deliver to you as soon as possible.

We consider that each customer is important, as is the reputation of our company.

Products made to order and custom-made:

For these products, delivery times can be up to 2 months.
Please contact us to make adjustments or special requests.

*All the neon lights presented on the site are custom-made. We take care of modifying the location of the adapters according to the complexity of the work without distorting or altering it. **These times vary depending on the dimensions and the production in progress. We will inform you by email if necessary. Express creations require a supplement, if necessary contact us.

Annual closing dates:

This year, the shipment of orders is suspended on the following dates:

- February 4 to 20, 2024

These dates are updated each year.

The processing of orders is therefore interrupted during these periods, we apologize for this.

Custom orders:

For custom neon signs and metal letters, delivery is provided by DHL/FEDEX/UPS carriers and LA POSTE in rare cases.

Request for Express delivery for custom-made signs only:

If you want delivery within the normal time frame, a fee of €150 will be requested upon shipment of your order. Please request this by email.

From 5 pieces, some items are made to order because we do not have stock on these products. The information is indicated on the product page.

Other products:

For all products (small quantity or bulk orders), the order preparation time is 5 to 7 days. It can be extended up to 9 days for bulk orders and the delivery time is 7 to 20 working days depending on the items ordered.

For our customers residing in the French overseas departments and territories, some important information:

Your order will be shipped by us and handled by a local carrier
Your order will be subject to the collection of sea taxes by the territorial customs services
You will have to pay these taxes and customs clearance fees directly to the customs services and the local carrier.
Tracking numbers:

Tracking numbers are sent and can be viewed approximately 5-7 days after the order. This is indicated when confirming your order.

Holiday periods or special occasions (e.g. sales, Black Friday):

- Christmas: We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 8th.

- Preparation time may be extended by 7 to 9 days and 11 to 24 days for delivery depending on the items ordered, please excuse us. (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.)

If your order takes longer to arrive than expected, don't worry, customer service will do its best to find a solution so that you can be delivered as soon as possible.

Delayed deliveries:
We cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of the Post Office or other service, once the packages are entrusted to them.
For orders to be paid in 2 installments, the balance is to be paid once the tracking number is sent to you by our services.

When receiving your package, we invite you to open it and check its contents before signing. Do not sign if the items are broken and ask the delivery company to make a "certificate of damage". Otherwise, we will not be able to provide you with a refund guarantee. Thank you for your understanding.

Taxes and customs
Import taxes, VAT fees and customs duties may be levied once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Customs fees are always reimbursed upon presentation of the invoice.
